4 cups sifted all-purpose flour
5 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
4 eggs, beaten
1-1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
1-1/2 cups drained crushed pineappleRecipe
Sift dry ingredients. Add eggs, milk and butter. Stir until smooth; add pineapple. Mix well. Spoon into a greased 3-inch muffin pan, filling them 3/4 full. Bake at 425�F. for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 2 dozen.
