Mouth Watering Butter Tarts

Pastry:
2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup Crisco
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup or more of cold water
Filling:
2 Tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup corn syrup
1 cup raisinsRecipe
Blend flour, salt and Crisco until pea size pieces. Sprinkle on ice cold water until it comes together in a good ball. Roll out and cut for tarts.
Mix butter, eggs, brown sugar, vanilla, salt, corn syrup and raisins together and fill tart shells 3/4 full. Bake at 375� F for about 20 minutes or until done. NOT FOR DIETERS.
