1 lb ground meat - pork, chicken, turkey, sausage
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp garlic powder
2 cups shredded cabbage
2 shredded carrots
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1/4 cup chicken broth

Mix ginger, garlic powder and meat together and brown. Drain. Add cabbage, carrots, soy sauce, broth and cook till tender. Take egg roll wrappers and lay one on plate. Put 1/3 cup of the cooked mixture in the middle. Wet your finger with water and wet the edges of the wrapper. fold the wrapper and lay in pan seam side down. Bake at 400 for 8-10 minutes or until brown or fry lightly in a little vegetable oil till brown.
