    GRILLED SCAMPI ON A STICK

    List of Ingredients




    2 pounds shrimp
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    2 tablespoons white vinegar
    1 1/2 tablespoons garlic cloves, crushed
    1/4 teaspoons paprika
    1/8 teaspoons red pepper flakes
    1/4 teaspoons salt
    1/8 teaspoons pepper
    1 tablespoons parsley, chopped
    1 packages bamboo skewers

    Recipe



    Peel and clean shrimp, leaving on the tails. Rinse and pat dry with paper towels.

    In a bowl combine olive oil, white vinegar, crushed garlic cloves, paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, and chopped parsley. Add the shrimp and toss to coat evenly. Refrigerate, covered, for 1 hour.

    Thread the shrimp crosswise onto bamboo skewers. Grill 3" from the heat, brushing with the remaining marinade, for 6 to 8 minutes.
