    4 scallions
    2 cloves garlic
    2 jalapeno peppers
    2 limes
    1 tsp. all spice
    3 Tbs. oil
    Salt and Pepper
    8 chicken thighs, about 2 1/2 lbs.

    Recipe



    1. Mince scallions, garlic and peppers and put in a large bowl. Squeeze 3 Tbs. juice from limes and add to the bowl with the allspice, oil, 1tsp. slad and 1/4 tsp. pepper.

    2. Put chicken in bowl, turn to coat, and marinate 30 minutes. Heat broiler (or grill). Put chicken on broiling pan, reserving marinade. Broil the chicken 4 to 6 inches from the heat source, basting it occasionally with reserve marinade, until browned and cooked through, about 30 minutes.

    4 Servings (Per serving: 414 cal., 37g pro., 28g fat, 2g carb.)
