    Roast Turkey Breast with Chipolte Chili

    List of Ingredients




    Sliced Turkey Breast
    Sauce:
    1 medium onion, minced fine
    4 medium cloves garlic, minced fine
    1-2 canned chipotle chilis, depending on desired spiciness, minced fine
    3 TBS prepared Dijon mustard
    3 TBS tomato paste
    3 TBS molasses
    1� cup + 1 TBS chicken broth
    1 TBS chopped fresh oregano
    salt to taste

    Recipe



    Heat 1 TBS broth in a stainless steel skillet over medium heat. Healthy Saut� onion in broth for 5 minutes stirring frequently.

    Add garlic and continue to saut� for another minute.

    Add rest of ingredients and simmer for about 15 minutes, letting it thicken slightly.

    Slice turkey and serve with sauce. (For a smoother consistency for your sauce you can strain if desired before serving)
