    Honey Glazed Baby Carrots

    • 1 pound baby carrots, scraped
    • 2 tablespoons margarine or butter
    • 3 to 4 tablespoons honey
    • 1/2 to 1 tablespoon lemon juice


    Instructions


    1. Steam carrots 10 to 12 minutes; drain well.
    2. Meanwhile, melt margarine in a non stick skillet; stir in honey and lemon juice.
    3. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
    4. Add drained carrots; cook and stir for 2 minutes more until glazed.
