    • 4 ounces canola oil
    • 3 ounces cider vinegar
    • 1 ounce balsamic vinegar
    • 6 ounces of water
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1 teaspoon hot chili powder
    • 1 teaspoon oregano
    • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
    • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper


    Instructions


    1. Combine all ingredients in a jar with lid.
    2. Let stand at room temperature for a day.
    3. Put meat and marinade in a bag.
    4. With steaks, stew meat or pork chops for an hour before grilling.
