    Barbecued Venison Roast

    List of Ingredients


    • 3-4 pounds venison roast
    • 1 tablespoon sugar
    • 2 teaspoons salt
    • 2 teaspoons paprika
    • 1 tablespoon wrocestershire sauce
    • 1 cup water
    • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
    • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
    • 1 teaspoon pepper
    • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
    • 1 cup ketchup


    Instructions


    1. Mix all ingredients but meat in a saucepan over medium heat.
    2. Simmer 3 to 5 minutes.
    3. Pour over roast in roasting pan.
    4. Cook in 325 degree oven for 3 hours.
    5. Baste frequently.
    6. Shred roast after it has cooled.
    7. Serve with rolls or on noodles.
    8. The roast will just fall apart, juicy and tender.
