    List of Ingredients




    1/4 cup cornmeal
    1/4 cup all-purpose flour
    3/4 teaspoon baking powder
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon sugar
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder optional
    1/4 teaspoon celery flakes optional
    1/8 teaspoon dill weed dried optional
    1/8 teaspoon red pepper optional
    1 egg beaten
    2 tablespoons milk
    2 tablespoons minced green onion
    1 tablespoon minced parsley
    2 teaspoons butter melted
    cooking spray

    Recipe



    Combine first nine ingredients in a large bowl. Stir well to combine.
    Combine egg, milk and melted butter in a small bowl. Stir well to mix. Add
    mixture to dry ingredients stirring until just blended. Gently stir in green
    onions and parsley. Spoon 1 tablespoon batter in to each of eight miniature
    muffin pan cups that have bin coated with non-stick cooking spray. Bake at
    425 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until hushpuppies are golden brown.
    Immediately remove from muffin tin and serve warm.
