Kluski Dumplings
List of Ingredients
1 c. flour
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
about 1/3 c. lukewarm water
Recipe
Combine flour, egg and salt. Slowly add the water, beating with a fork until a sticky dough is formed. The dough should be thick and gummy. Scrape the dough onto a plate. With a spoon, break off bits of dough, about 1/2 tsp. into a pot of boiling water. When all the dough is used, stir the kluski and bring water to a boil. Drain and serve as desired.
Note: Dip the spoon into the boiling water from time to time, so the dough will not stick to the spoon. The recipe can be doubled or tripled.
Serve saut�ed in butter and chopped onions or with gravy.
