LONDON BROIL OR FLANK STEAK
List of Ingredients
London broil or flank steak
salt
meat tenderizer
cracked black pepper
garlic salt
chopped parsley
1/4 cup salad oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
3/4 cup red wine
Recipe
Trim excess fat from meat. Sprinkle with salt and tenderizer (medium
application). Do not prick meat with fork. Season meat with cracked
pepper & garlic salt. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Mix together
salad oil, soy sauce and red wine. Pour over meat and marinate for
at least 6 hours or longer. Drain. Broil 5 minutes on each side.
